Day 1 (MUMBAI - GUWAHATI – SHILLONG)
Arrive in Guwahati by flight, proceed to Scotland of the East Shillong.En rout you can see speed Boating at Barapani Lake which is also called Umiam lake and check in Hotel you can enjoy fully the cool climate of Shillong. Dinner night halt.
Day 2 (SHILLONG)
After an early breakfast tour to Cherrapunji – (one side journey 2;30 hrs.), situated at an altitude of about 4823 feet. Locally known as Sohra hill sharing the border of Sylhet district of Bangladesh. Cherapunji offers a panoramic view of the hilly terrains: it was once having the record of being the wettest place on earth. Covering points Duwansingh view point, Nokhalikai falls, Ramakrishna mission, Mawsmai caves, Thangkharang park (with packed lunch). Arrival at Hotel for dinner and night halt.
Day 3 (SHILLONG)
After an early b/fast visit Living Root Bridge, Balancing stone, Clean village, Dawki lake, Bangladesh border with packed lunch. Evening back to hotel for dinner, night halt.
Day 4 (SHILLONG - TEZPUR)
After an early breakfast proceed towards Tezpur reached hotel and stay.
Day 5 (TEZPUR – DIRANG)
After b/fast hotel check out depart towards Dirang on the way visit Tipi orchid sanctuary & research center(lunch on the way at Tippi near River Kameng or nag mandir). Arrival Dirang checks into the Hotel. Dinner night halt.
Day 6 (DIRANG – TAWANG)
After b/fast dep towards Tawang. (6:30 hrs, 148 km) packet lunch on the way (Baisakhi military camp & shopping spot) after lunch En route visit Jaswant Singh war memorial(Jaswant garh), Sela pass lake (1400 ft) snow point.Arrival Tawang, night halt.
Day 7 (TAWANG)
After an early b/fast depart for Bumla pass (China border - subject to permit) Sangester lake (Madhuri), Pt Tso lake with packed lunch. Dinner & night halt.
Day 8 (TAWANG)
After a leisurely breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Tawang, including the Tawang Monastery (2nd largest in Asia) and War Memorial.Tawang Monastery plays a critical role in the social and religious life of the Monpas. Tawang Monastery is known in Tibetan as Galden Namgey Lhatse, which translates to "Celestial Paradise in a clear night". The Tawang War Memorial is a 40- foot high multi-hued memorial, built in memory of soldiers of the Indian Army who gave up their life in the 1962 Indo-Sino War. The rest of the day is at leisure. One can visit local markets, famous for shawls, chadors, carpets, handmade bags and other handicraft items as well.. Dinner & night halt.
Day 9 (TAWANG – BOMDILA / DIRANG)
After b/fast departure for Dirang. En route visit Nuranang falls (Jhang) on the way packet lunch at Baisakhi camp. After lunch visit Dirang war memorial, natural hot spring. Dinner night halt.
Day 10 (DIRANG – KAZIRANGA)
After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park which is World famous for single Horn Rhino
Kaziranga National Park is a protected area in the northeast Indian state of Assam. Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. It’s visited by many rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near Kaziranga village.
Day 11 (KAZIRANGA )
Early morning Jeep safari, visit Tea Garden, Orchid park, Kaziranga villages, enjoy the Assam live cultural program Bihu and Zhumur dance, and stay at Kaziranga.
Day 12 (KAZIRANGA - TO GUWAHATI ( 180KM) )
AFTER BREAKFAST PROCEED TOWARDS GUWAHATI AIRPORT DROPPING.
